This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through the Skin House™ online store.

By placing an order with Skin House™, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. SHIPPING COVERAGE

Skin House™ offers nationwide delivery across South Africa.

We use Aramex Store to Door courier services to deliver orders directly to customers.

2. PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Processing may be delayed during peak periods, sales, or public holidays.

3. DELIVERY TIME

Estimated delivery time is:

11–14 business days (after dispatch)

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on:

  • Courier delays
  • High order volumes
  • Weather conditions
  • Remote delivery locations
  • Public holidays

4. DELIVERY METHOD

All orders are shipped via:

Aramex Store to Door (South Africa-wide delivery)

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information where available.

5. SHIPPING DELAYS

While we aim to ensure timely delivery, Skin House™ is not responsible for any delays once the parcel has been handed over to the courier service.

Delays caused by Aramex or external factors are outside of our control.

Shipping fees (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before payment.

Any promotional free shipping offers will be clearly communicated on the website.

7. INCORRECT ADDRESS DISCLAIMER

Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address.

Skin House™ will not be held responsible for:

  • Incorrect addresses
  • Incomplete addresses
  • Failed deliveries due to customer error

Reshipping costs due to incorrect information will be for the customer’s account.

8. LOST OR DAMAGED PARCELS

Once an order has been handed over to Aramex, Skin House™ is not liable for:

  • Lost parcels
  • Delayed parcels
  • Damaged parcels during transit

Customers must contact the courier directly for delivery issues once tracking has been provided.

We will, however, assist where possible in communicating with the courier.

9. ORDER TRACKING

Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to reflect.
